I got my Metabowize Core package yesterday, and took 2 of the p.m. formula last night, and 2 of the a.m. formula this morning. I have been doing circuit training with an elastic band exercise DVD for THREE weeks now, and have BARELY been able to complete it (36 minutes long). I have been following the beginner's routine, and for the cardio, have simply been walking in place. Also, I haven't been able to keep up and do all the squats and lunges that the video calls for.
That is CHANGED!! Today, I kept up w/the squats and lunges section, and during the first cardio routine, I found my feet running in place!! I have not jogged in DECADES, but today, my feet decided to MOVE and I just started jogging around the room! What's more, I could BREATHE while I was doing it!!!
